In the districts and municipalities of South Sumatra, this study seeks to ascertain size local governments, audit findings, opinions, leverage, degree which regional finances depend on delays. 17 counties cities in Sumatra make up study's population. 85 saturated samples from were collected over a 5-year period used study. Using document technology, data collection methods. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25. According findings partial concurrent investigations, government (X1), (X2), opinion (X3), leverage (X4), regional-level financial reliance (X5) had negligible or no effects
